Abstract
This paper deals with the criminal liability of societies in Federal Republic of Germany. It contains the introduction to the current German legislation of delictual liability of societies and presents the proposal of North Rhine - Westphalia which envisages the "true" criminal liability of societies.
The proposed legal regulation is within german jurisprudence discussed in detail. Thus, in this paper is not subscribed just the proposal itself but also presents the attitudes of german expert community towards it.
