In the year 1358, Albert II of Austria handed over one of the so called Golden Bulls of Sicily to Charles IV. The document was issued for the Přemyslids by the Emperor Frederick II in the year 1212.
The charter later got into the archive of the Austrian dukes; it centered on a gift of several areas in the Empire to King Přemysl I. The text follows the role of these areas in the territorial plans of Charles IV.
