Abstract
The article informs about the annual conference of the Ecclesiastical History Society (EHS, www.history.ac.uk/ehsoc), an originally British, but now international scholarly society founded already in 1961. The conference theme was Translating Christianity and it was devoted to diverse aspects of translation in the history of the Church.
It hosted both papers devoted to religious or cultural history and to philological themes.
