Abstract
The paper deals with the charter of Henry of Carinthia on 13 September 1307, which today is an example of modern deperdita. Article traces the history of the instrument from its release until after theft "researcher" Mazura in SOA Třeboň in 2007.
The text is accompanied by a diplomatic palaeographical analysis instrument, the transcript, prepared for publishing the edition CDB. Since today deed probably irretrievably lost valuable are her photographs, printed as an annex to the text.
