Abstrakt
This year's second volume of Studia Hercynia returned to the traditional format combining various articles on classical archaeology and ancient history and reports on the Institute's activities. the articles were almost unniversally penned by scholars of the youngest generation - doctoral students. The reports on the other hand included almost exclusively accounts of our various activities in southern Uzbekistan.
