Abstrakt
The aim of the research paper is to define and analyse the implementation of electronic signature in the selected state authority, including the evaluation of impact of the use of electronic signature by natural and legal persons that communicate with the office. The result is a complete SWOT analysis of the use of electronic signature, which shows its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
