On the content definition of the terms "Legal Philosophy" vs. "Philosophy of Law" and "Morality" vs "Ethics"

Abstract

In its nature, this expository text focuses on the issue of non-differentation between the terms "legal philosophy" and "philosophy of law" and the concepts of "morality" and "ethics". The aim of the article is to identify the causes of their synonymous use and at the same time specifiy their differences.

In the first case referring to the Hegel's work The Elements of the Philosophy of Right, the second by focusing on the etymology of the term "morality" and "ethics".
