Abstract
This paper introduces the method of teaching clinical Czech to foreign students studying General Medicine or Dentistry in English at the 1st Faculty of Medicine in Prague. This is a method of developing language skills in Czech by taking medical history from authentic patients in a real clinical setting.
The aim of the course is to get a detailed medical history and to submit an acceptable record (a report). The author of the paper describes the organisation, methods and evaluation with regard to the aim defined.
