Abstract
A collection of contributions presented at the conference of the dame name organized by Czech Olympic Academy, which took place between 18 and 20 September 2015 in Vizovice. The individual authors focused on art competitions at the modern Olympic Games and the Czech participation in these competitions (Škoda, Hladík), the relationship of visual art and sport (Schůtová, Kolář, Petrásek, Diviš) and the relationship of film to sport (Kolář twice).
Josef Dovalil concluded with a summary of different activities of the Czech Olympic Committee connected to the topic of Sport and Art.
