Abstract
Options endoscopic examination ENT area in pediatric patients have experienced in recent years a significant shift. Especially in the outpatient operation, it is possible to endoscopically examine and document more often and thus avoid the need for general anesthesia.
Given the diversity of possible clinical manifestations of reflux disease in the ENT area sometimes are not enough of one type of endoscopic examination. Prior indications for endoscopic examinations need to realize that even finding changes which are given in relation to a reflux disease does not confirm or exclude reflux disease.
