CHANGES IN LAND USE IN URBAN AND RURAL AREAS AS ONE OF THE REASONS FOR LIMITING THE SPONTANEOUS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Abstract

The article focuses on land use changes originally serving spontaneous physical activity in urban and rural areas the town of Žďár nad Sázavou III. In urban areas was transformed into the parking lot, if maintained playgrounds, the spontaneous physical activity accessible is obstructed.

In the nearby rural areas were sports utilized areas after 90 years of the 20th century was built up. This led to a significant reduction opportunities to pursue leisure unorganized physical activity.

Losses areas formerly used to unorganized physical activities can be considered as another cause for the decline of leisure movement among today's children and youth. In the context of the overall changes in life style, increasing the importance of organized physical activities.
