Abstract
In children with PMR incidence of reflux disease is high (15-75%), and there are frequent severe forms. So far he has been no randomized studies on reflux disease in children with PMR.
The cause of the heterogeneity of patients, comorbidities, atypical clinical symptomatology, limited ability to express the difficulties patients themselves. Increased risk of reflux disease, children with cerebral palsy (CP), certain genetic syndromes, such as Down syndrome and Cornelia de Lange syndrome.
