This chapter "The methods suitable for detection of sensibility and tolerance of crops against abiotic stress: drought, salinity and temperature imbalances" is intended for everybody dealing with different stress-related instruments. The chapter is divided into four parts: biochemical, molecular, physiological and fenotype-based methods.
