Abstract
The report deals with the conference which took place on Friday, 2nd December 2016, at the premises of Faculty of Law, Charles University, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the conference was a liability in company law.
Within this topic, the authors debated many interesting issues, including e.g. board member contracts, business judgment rule, the liability of the board members or the process of appointing members of board in Czech and British law from comparative perspective.
