Abstract
This publication is dedicated to the Code of Administrative Procedure, which was passed in 2004 and came into force in 2006. Its aim is to make general evaluation of this regulation and its benefits.
Among the authors are some of the creators of this act, together with academic researchers and representatives of administrative and judicial bodies, all of whom present their views on the main topics concerning the Code of Administrative Procedure.
