Abstract
Article approaching the diagnosis and assessment of pain, self-therapy pain pain pharmacotherapy guidelines, rules for the treatment of opioids in chronic cancer pain, criteria for discontinuation of opioids, notes the long-term treatment with opioids for CNP, opioid and non-opioid analgesics and ancillary drugs.
