"Where does time come from?" Reflections with Keiji Nishitani

Abstrakt

The fact that he finishes his main work "Religion and Nothingness" by writing the chapters entitled "emptiness and time" and "emptiness and history" proves the ultimate importance of the subject of time for Keiji Nishitani. In this presentation, I inquire into the peculiar methodology used by Nishitani and from there I work towards developing a Nishitanien theory of time.
