Abstrakt

The text analyses historical and current Turkmen-Afghan relations which became (in the proclamations of both country leaders) the most important vector of the respective foreign policy. Going deeper into the relations, however, we can find that the cooperation between the two states is global it its ambitions, but very local it the reality
