Citizen X v. Latvia, judge Pinto de Alburquerque against the majority and the reflection of general courts of the Slovak Republic

Abstrakt

Thesis of the present paper is to question what kind of essential message brought the judgment of the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of X v. Latvia to the field of international child abduction and what was the reflection of these conclusions in case law of general courts of the Slovak Republic.
