Abstract
Enzyme activities were determined in obtained samples. The total activity of proteases and the ratio of serine, cysteine and metalloproteases was measured with chromogenic substrate azocasein, Glycosidases, endo-beta-1,3-glucanase, cellulase and chitinase aktivity were measured using reduction properties of fragments.
