Abstract
By using theoretical analysis, the article explains the basic structure, content and requirements of this important feature of the distribution of investment services, summarizes the legal requirements for investment questionnaire, and taking into account the forthcoming legislative changes, briefly presents and evaluates a couple of observations from the practice authors.
