Adam František of Schwarzenberg and Sexual Offences of His Subjects from the Třeboň Dominion

Abstract

This paper examines the reactions of Adam František, Prince of Schwarzenberg to sexual offences committed by his subjects. The approach of the nobleman fits to the concept of "paternalism", the punishments were mild.
