Abstrakt
Values and principles are mentioned especially in situations then there is no soulution of the legal problem in the postivie law or when such solution exists but it seems to be unfair and such aunfairness does not want to be tolerated. Anyway, values and principles play un important role in law.
Maybe it is not clear what kind of role. What are legal principles and what are values and what do they have in common? In order to answer these questions, the law probably will not be sufficient but we will have to find the solutions also in philosophy and psychology.
