Exculpation, liberation, acquittal? Ultima Ratio and the concept of imputability of a criminal offence to legal person

Abstract
The contribution relates to legislature regarding the imputability of a criminal offence to a legal person in Czech and Slovak law, and to the issue when and under what circumstances this legal responsibly rises, and when it expires. Goal of the contribution is to point out when criminal repression towards legal persons takes place, especially in regard to preventive measures within the legal person.
