Abstract
This article deals with the apparent under-paid Civil Service in the Czech Republic compared with both the non-budget sector and soldiers, police officers, immigration officers, secrete service and fire brigades. If nothing changes the legislature cannot await skilled and fully qualified state officers to be fulfilling his/her increased duties wherever or whenever it is in public good.
