Abstract
Scientific publication entitled "Administrative Law in Comparative and European Perspective" deals with issues ranging from the nature and sources of administrative law, to independent regulatory bodies, to administrative decision-making and judicial control, to issues of europeanisation of all aspects and sectors of administrative law.
