Abstrakt
The presentation contains reflections of the author on the topic of working abroad, remarks on recent Czech history and a description of the applicable Czech legal regulation, including some comments on the applicable immigration law, case law of the Supreme Court on the choice of law in employment contracts and implementation of Posting Workers Directive into Czech Labour Code.
