Abstract
The chapter is dedicated to the creation of law. It describes various methods of creating of legal norms: authoritative (legal regulations, legal precedents), consensual (legal agreements) and spontaneous (legal customs).
Attention is also paid to the legislative process and the basic requirements placed on legislativa techniques.
