Abstract

The aim of these evidence-based recommendations is to establish up-to-date standards and guidlines for the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in children and young people. There has been considerable progress in IBD management strategies affecting all aspects of clinical care since the publication of previous paediatric guidelines by Czech Working Group for Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition in 2012, necessitating the present revision of consensus statements
