Enforcement of the arbitration decisions of international investment disputes

Abstract

This article analyses application of the New York Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards through the several cases, as Sedelmayer v. Russia, in order to illustrate the difficulties in the enforcement and recognition of the arbitration awards in the international investment disputes.
