The Czech Republic's Position on the Problems of the Wearing Religious Symbols in the Light of Experience of the EU in ECHR

Abstract

The author considers the problem of wearing religious symbols, through the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on the affairs of the member states of the European Union, as well as the position of secular State - the Czech Republic to the case law in this area.
