Abstract
Author focuses on the question of scientific instrumentality and on the process of instrumentalization of subjects of research (e. g. informants, narrators, respondents). The general questions regarding the ethics of research are discussed on the specific research terrain: on the research of discursive construction of housing debt(s).
The authors develops a specific, although particular solution for ethical questions: the responsibility during interpretation, which might be necessary starting point for ethical (social science) research.
