Abstrakt
On the example of the legal amendment for setep-child adoptions for same-sex couples a Czech political, activist and public society will be described. In the paper arguments constructing heteronormativity, patriarchy, medical hegemony and political marginalization will be presented to support this thesis.
Media representations will be of relevance in the discussion.
