Abstract
The publication summarizes the current rules for nomenclature of organic compounds according to IUPAC. The application of the rules is demonstrated on solved examples.
There are also exercises for practice with the author's solution and references to the rules which were used. This manual can be used for secondary schools and for basic chemistry courses at universities.
