Abstract
First, the article defines the concept of a leader in relation to children. Secondly, it reports on the research in which the traits of a leader were identified withing some nursery school children.
Finally, it provides recommendations in which areas of pre-school curriculum it is possible to emphasize the development of leadership skills.
