Abstract
A background document for the Technical Guidelines of the Ministry of the Transport, background documents for public administration in the field of transport planning and public procurement (evaluation criteria for minimising the impact of transport on the environment). Documents for non-legislative directives and regulations have been prepared and their applicability has been pilot-tested.
