Abstract
The book focuses on principal trends of the development of the Soviet systems in the countries of East-Central and South-Eastern Europe from Sovietization through the intermezzo of de-Stalinization, stabilization in 1970s to the consequences of the politics of perestroika and the fall of particular communist systems and the bloc as a whole.
