Directory of Open Access Journals and the new evaluation criteria

Abstract

An article presents the Directory of Open Access Journals and focuses on more detail on the work inside - describes the new criteria and evaluation process. The second part is dedicated to the evaluation of Czech and Slovak open access journals from the Associate Editor's view and sums up repeated problems of local titles.
