The chapter focuses on a water treatment exhibit and its effectiveness in education. To asses it, pedagogical quasi-experiment was conducted on two groups of students.
One was guided by a museum guide, the other by a member of the research team. The intervention for the second - experimental - group was in the order of the exhibits attended and in a way the students were included in the process.
As a data collection method, a simple pre-post test was used. Both the groups of students filled it before and after the visit.
As the results of the pre-test were comparable between the groups the results of the quasi-experiment could be taken into account. Students in the second group reached significantly better results coomared to their schoolmates in a control group.
