Abstract
Cough, shortness of breath, fever and chest pain are the most common symtoms that brings patient with pneumonia t our ambulances. Early recognition of acute inflammatory diseases of the lung alveoli, respiratore bronchioles and pulmonary interstitium, iniations of antibiotic therapy and possible hospitalization are very important for the futher development of the disease and pstientś prognosis.
In this case report article we want to demonstrate on specific cases, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia as a outpatient and discuss the case, that required hospitalization.
