The paper deals with the issue of human coginitive development, general phenomen in language behavior. The present study aims to analyze bilingual process, linguistic organisation of bilingual mind, to expain code- switching and indepedence of two languages.
The different cognitive activities of biligual childern may be acitivated or associated with different languages, depending upon qualities of these languages. Studies based on information available in foreign-language literature indend to analyse factors contributing language acqusition and those influencing cognitive development of children.
