Abstract

A 59-year-old hypertensive female developed ataxia and gait disturbances over three months. On admission, she had saccadic dysarthria, hypermetria with dyschronometria, intention tremor, and asynergia.

Her gait was unstable, wide based, with titubations and occasional falls.
