From Russia to Paris: Development of the Relationship of Ivan Markovič to Edvard Beneš

Abstract

The article deals with the genesis of the relationship of Ivana Markovič to Edvard Beneš during the Czechoslovak foreign resistance movement in the First World War. It focuses mainly on the period 1918-1919, which was the key for development of their relationship.

Article aims to track the character of cooperation between the two men in that period and trying to define the charakter of their work and personal relationship.
