Abstract
At present, both the way of scientific work and the way of presenting and publishing scientific results are changing. University libraries as content managers need to update their tools and services and continually adapt them to current user requirements.
They gain new competencies and one of them is publishing activities. University libraries become both administrators and content producers because they focus on the requirements of scientific publications, publishing standards, and continually follow new directions.
