Abstract
Due to radical reform of invalidity of legal acting has been implemented term of public order to czech civil code. It is a term vague a also typical for sphere of public law - implementation of this term to conditions of invalidity may be assesed as quite risky.
Aim of this article is to analyze this term and try to outline options in which could be embraced in the sphere of civil law.
