Abstract
The essay examines the circumstances of end-of-life decisions with the specific focus on neonates. It approaches the decision as about ethical and legal and analyses its features.
The author's primary aim is to ascertain the state of legal regulation in the Czech Republic in this area and identify its weaknesses.
