Abstract

The article focuses on Greek-French philosopher, economist and psychoanalyst Cornelius Castoriadis as on intellectual, theorist of social change and social actor. The contribution analyses his participation in political organizations as the Communist Party of Greece, the Trotskyist Parti Communiste Internationaliste or Socialisme ou Barbarie, but issues of social change in his work as well.
