Abstract

The contribution is dedicated to important personalities who have gained inspiration in the field of pharmacy, whether in the field of pharmacy, industry, science or military pharmacy, or have made a significant contribution to Czech history. At the beginning of this enumeration is the pharmacist Hirsch Mischl Jeiteles, the prominent Prague pharmacist PhMr.

Max Fanta (among others, the inventor of Fantas bowl, Fantaschale), his daughter PhMr. Elsa Fantova, who was the first graduate woman among pharmacists in the Czech Lands, Richard Teichmann, pharmacist and successful businessman, PhMr.

Karel Kurschner (head of pharmacy in the ghetto Theresienstadt), owners of pharmaceutical companies (Viktor Stein, Richard Heisler and others) or also military pharmacists at the 1st Czechoslovak Army Corps in the USSR - PhMr. Arnošt Friedmann and PhMr.
