Abstract
The article deals with the personnel purge of univerisities after the year of 1945, when it focus on these processes in the Faculty of Law, Charles University primarily. It is concerned with a presage of the purge campaigns after the year of 1948, i.e. the activity of purge commissions and honorary courts and investigatiion commissions of faculties for punishment of collaboration with the Nazis, and with an expulsion of students and elimination of teachers after the year of 1948, namely the purge campaign after February 1948 and study inspections, dismissals and retirements of professors, lecturers and other teachers.
Shortly it also deals with rehabilitations after the year of 1989.
