Collective bargaining in relation with the "modest" legal regulation in the Civil service act

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze enactment of collective agreements in Civil service act and to draw the attention to its problematical and questionable provisions and legal gaps.Furthermore is in the article evaluated the contracting of collective agreement of higher level with the special attention to its disputable parts.
